We deliver free via Next Day Courier (TNT) for UK mainland only (excludes Scottish Highlands, Postcodes AB 21-56, PH 11-44, IV 1-56, PA 20-88, all ZE, all HS, DA 26-28, and G84). Deliveries in these regions mentioned and Northern Ireland, Isle of man etc. will be delivered free using Royal Mail 3-5 working day parcel service for Items up to 20Kg, or items under 1 kg will be sent 1st class post. Deliveries of Items above 20Kg (most Tow bar racks), or deliveries outside of UK can be made by arrangement, with extra cost by ringing 01666 822330 or e-mail. Orders Received by 5.30pm on Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thursday, will be despatched next day, Fridays orders will be sent out on Mondays. (Bank Holidays excluded). We reserve the right to reverse any transaction that is from outside our normal delivery areas, unless prior arrangement has been made. In the unfortunate event that we should be out of stock, or oversold on an item, we will reverse the transaction and notify you as soon as possible.  We aim to keep stock of all items on the site, or post a notice on an item if there is a problem.  .

Carriage to other European countries for 16” and 20” folding cycles is £40.00 per bike using insured courier, and for 24” and 26” folding cycles is £80.00 per bike.

Carriage to Republic of Ireland for 16” and 20” wheel folding bikes is £20.00 per bike

These options are selectable at the time of purchasing on-line. It is the responsibility of the customer to select the correct carriage charge for destinations other than the UK (certain countries in Europe are excluded - if in doubt please e-mail us chwhite@btinternet.com)

All Folding Bikes are thoroughly prepared and checked in the workshop in order to validate the warranties, this involves a thorough setup and adjustment of spokes, bearings, brakes, gears (stops and cable adjustment). The chainset and crank, handlebars and all nuts and bolts are checked for tightness and the pedals fitted. Finally the tyre pressures are set and the folding joints and all quick releases are lubricated and adjusted. After a brief test ride (mainly indoor) they are then carefully packed back into the original boxes using appropriate packaging, this means that the bikes when received and unfolded are ‘ready to ride’ .  All 26” wheel Dahon bikes arrive in the UK in boxes with the frame unfolded but the bike partially dismantled. We have taken the decision that in order to properly achieve our highest aim and that of the responsible manufacturers with whom we liase, that we therefore, properly prepare then fold the completed bike with only the handlebar removed, it is therefore necessary for us to repackage the bike accordingly on account of it’s larger size when assembled.

Every effort is made to describe the goods offered for sale accurately, we prefer that if in doubt concerning an item that you ring us for further information. In accordance with ‘distance selling regulations’  If you find that the item you ordered does not completely satisfy you,  then return it to us in new condition, and in original packaging, within 10 days, and we will give you a refund or exchange according to preference. Unless the product is faulty the buyer will provide the return  carriage cost.
